While doing Organization Association Change Order need to trigger from UI and using Import Maps

Summary:

We have requirement to Trigger Change Order for any organization association either from UI or Import Mpas or FBDI

Currently I am using the [Item].[Item Basic].[Organization Code] == "Child_Org1"

It is working fine from UI but not triggering from Import maps upload
