Summary:

Does/could HCM Cloud applications leverage Oracle Autonomous Database Flashback Technology? I want to confirm if Oracle has any possible way to recover deleted data per request by legal reasons and this is something I found that looks like could potentially retrieve deleted data. Does this change with leveraging FAW? If none of this technology is relevant, is data a permanent delete/purge when using delete in HCM Cloud, and how long does it take to delete out of data redundancy servers? Is there automatic processes flowing concurrently to these data redundant servers? Do service agreements clearly outline how many regions
