Summary:

We're interested in setting up a dedicated instance specifically for archiving our PROD application, restricting it to only contain data from the Current Year and Prior Year. For historical data from previous years, we envision users accessing a separate application.

While we currently have Prod and Test instances, we're exploring the possibility of creating a new instance (URL) specifically for the archived application. How would we go about this?
