Able to hide autoapproved or autorejected BPM workflow rules
Summary:
Is it possible to hide an autoreject or autoapprove workflow step in BPM?
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Justification: Users misinterpret the automatic workflow step, seeing the green check (approve) or red X (reject) and thinking an approver has acted on their request.
Note: We have internal documentation explaining the automatic workflow steps and also train users to look at the most recent row in approval history, but user confusion remains.
Note: I wasn't able to find a cross-application or global space to post this question about workflow. I created the post in Projects, as the question is specific to ApproveAdjustment WF. Please move the post as appropriate.
