Financial terms for a lease greyed out

Hi,

We are creating lease from the assets module. The user wants to change the financial terms of a lease. But the financial terms seem to be greyed out.

How can the user change -

  1. The cost of lease - Lease term, cost, liability, depr reserve and impairment are greyed out.
  2. Schedule of payments for the lease - The recurring payments and one time payments is greyed out.
