As we use resource alerts to notify learners through bell icon and email notification to notify about new learning course assignment, we are looking for a way to trigger an alert immediately upon course assignment, in bell/worklist and in email.

Since resource alert has to be scheduled for a time duration(where minimum is atleast 1 hour), is this possible to achieve through any workaround?
