Can we prepone the quarterly patching?

Summary:

We are in 23D and will be upgraded to 24A in April. (We are in January/April/July/October)

Is there a way we can request for 24A in March 2024 itself? If yes, what is the lead time required by Oracle to perform this?

By requesting this, will we move to a different schedule permanently or can it be an one time request? (will we move to March/June/September/December)
