How Shared Information works? Is it possible to define Effective End Date of the shared info?

1. We don't see that Employees can have a start and end date for sharing their information. Is this something we can turn on?

2. Can we have a periodic notification to employees who are sharing their info to remember to recall it when the necessity is over?
