Absence Accrual matrix formula - adjustment date

Summary:

Absence Accrual matrix formula - adjustment date

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have an accrual matrix that also includes the loyalty days granted to employee’s based on total work experience, days which are added as adjustment.

The issue is that the loyalty days for existing employees reaching the needed total experience during the year is granted at the beginning of calendar start date and the new requirement is to have the days granted only in the next calendar start date for one Legal Entity (if they reach for example 5 years in July 2024 they should get the additional loyalty day in January 1st 2025 and not in January 2024 as they receive now).

Howdy, Stranger!
