Value in transfer price based on item costs mark up does not correspond to the expected value.

Accepted answer

Business case.

It is required to have an intercompany pricing process between BU1 and BU1 and where their LE are different, and the price is based on BU1 item cost + Mark up of 1.5%.

A Transfer Pricing Rules was created with the value Accounting Transfer Price Item Cost Basis and Markup Percentage 1.5.

BU1 has a cost valuation by Subinventory.

Valuation Unit SPAIN_CO-IO01-IO01SB 120213 56.84466 EUR

When a TO is made from this subinventory, in order to send the item from BU1 to BU2 the TO indicates as Transfer Price 59.08 EUR

if the calculation is done. 56.84466 + 1.5% = 57,6973299 DIFF : 1,38267 between the values.

The reflected value is not according to the value shown and AR invoice calculation.
