Creating API to import and export security groups and users from OCI/EPBCS

For Recon automation:

1. To pull User Details

2. To pull Groups Details

3. To pull User to Group mapping

For Provisioning Automation :

1. Create User

2. Update User

3. Add/Remove access(Roles and Team) to User

4. Delete User

If we have REST API for import/export (Automation of EPBCS security on OCI) Please share any document to develope this using REST API. We are very new to this automation, so please share all development details to achive this.
