In redwood functionality, Is it possible to show document attached by submitter in Document of Record Section in "Promote and Change position" transaction to approver in approval notification?

Currently in responsive pages when submitter attaches any document in DOR plugin section in transaction (promote , transfer etc.) then it is not visible to approver in notification as attachment. Only document attached under Comments and Attachment section is visible to approver in notification.
