can we customize date range lookup to search trainings status for employees from Manager login

Summary:

Hi,

Can Managers search for enrollment / completion history before 2019? because we only get year option from 2019 onwards wherewas we have learning history from 2012.

Below screenshot from My Team --> Learning navigation:

Also, with the passing of years, can this year range also gets disappeared i.e. it will show upto 5 or 6 years only.
