Criteria is, Should have a validation to check the the leave start date to be considered with number of days from pregnancy start date and "Length of Pregnant 1-7 months 1 day per month "maximum of 7 days (1 day per month) can be applied including the previous submitted leaves Length of Pregnant >= 8 months 2 days per month to be considered for the validation.

How to define "Length of Pregnant 1-7 months 1 day per month "maximum of 7 days (1 day per month) and Length of Pregnant >= 8 months 2 days per month?
