How to transfer inventory between two locators with the same name in different sub-inventories

Business scenario

In Fusion, it is possible to transfer inventory between two locators with the same name in different sub-inventories. However, this is not possible in WMS Cloud. We are currently working on an integration between Fusion and WMS Cloud, and we need to find a way to achieve this functionality.
