Timings of Oracle Status(Termination, Suspended, Active etc)

Hello,


Could you please confirm how Oracle statuses are configured, the time they are effective (star or end of day) and if UTC time impacts this.


For example when a termination record is entered for Feb 26th would the termination status be effective at the end of day on the 26th of the start of day for the 26th ?
