How to collect Order Line EFF into Planning?

Summary:

I have defined an Order line EFF. While creating sales orders, I am able to enter the value for this EFF and the value is visible after the order reaches Awaiting shipping status. Also, I have defined Attribute in planning. However, when I run collections, the sales order is collected without the EFF value. Can anyone guide me on the steps that need to be followed in planning to collect the EFF information?
