We are in the process of implementing a Fusion Cloud comprising Financials (GL, AP, and AR), supply chain management (SCM), and grants management for a customer. For data conversions, we were trying to leverage the Oracle pre-built File-based Data Import (FBDI) templates for historical and transactional data from different source systems.

All of the users are using ONLY Macbooks, and they have a standalone non-365 version of Microsoft Office Suite. We have recommended them to subscribe to the Microsoft Office 365 cloud.

However, we are facing a challenge as the FBDI templates are not supported on Mac.
