Terminate worker using HDSL

Summary:

Our current Termination HDSL Template is not correctly adding the Termination Reason

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have an HDSL template for loading terminations as a block. The loader includes the Termination Reason, but for some reason last year the loader stopped adding the termination Reason. The terminations happened but the reason was not recorded. I have looked at the template example for terminations on customer connect and it is very similar to ours but does not include the termination reason.

I have tried to edit the template but it will not let me add the reason field to the template.
