On the splash page of the career site, text added at any font size (heading 3, heading 4, 12pt etc.) appears to attempt to maintain the same size even on smaller screens, primarily laptops. This results in words being split up and the page not rendering well. The problem worsens with smaller laptop screens - see screenshots attached. Is there a way to optimize the text on the splash page for laptops? It seems to render better on mobiles. A workaround that we figured was to use the text as an image url, but is that the best way to
