Quality Functional Catalog - multiple categories?

Summary:

The Quality Functional Area catalog only allows one category to be assigned. Is it possible now in new version to assign multiple categories in the Quality Functional Area Catalog? I thought I saw some literature on this topic but I'm not finding it now. If this functionality is not available now, do you know when it will become available?
