OTL-Can I edit the same period using Upload Template option?

Summary:

I am testing "Self Service Disconnected Entry Option for Worker" preference to upload timecard data using CSV file. I am able to upload the template just fine in the first go. But when I tried to make edits using the same CSV file, the timecard period is no longer available. example: I uploaded timecard using CSV template for timecard period Feb 11 - Feb 17, and it went through fine and timecard is in Working status. I then moved hours in the CSV and tried to upload again for the same period, BUT FEB 11- FEB17 timecard period is no
