Getting error message when trying to adjust balance: An error has occurred. (ANC-3405194)

Summary:

An employee had a global transfer on 1/6/2024 but same Vacation plan is used in both Legal entites. I am trying to adjust his balance as of the day of his transfer to reflect the hours he had in his old record, but I am getting this error message:

I am trying to reduce the balance to 134 hours. In this current record, it is showing 78 hours of rollover from 12/31/2023. Why is it saying that when really had only 14 hours left at the end of 2023 and then accrued 120 hours for 2024?
