PER_EXT_SEC_PERSON_NOW_FUTURE_UE gives output in changes only mode twice

Hi,
I have created an extract with PER_EXT_SEC_PERSON_NOW_FUTURE_UE UE. When i make any future changes say as of 1st april and run the integration as of today, these chanegs are picked and when i run it as of 1st april, again these changes are picked. How can this be avoided ?
If the changes are already sent today then ideally it shouldnt be pciked at a later date
