history measures getting collected at item_master org level after collection run in planning.?

Summary:

during our target collection runs the 4 measures respectively:

1) Shipments History: Requested Item by Shipped Date

2) Shipments History Value: Requested Item by Shipped Date

3) Bookings History: Booked Item by Booked Date

4) Bookings History Value: Booked Item by Booked Date

are getting collected for items at ITEM_MASTER org level.

we would like to know:

  1. Is it expected that it will be loaded at master level.
  2. How it works when its loaded at master level.
  3. when is it loaded at master level and when is it loaded at org level.
