Receiving on requester's behalf in My Receipts when requester is not available

Hi,

I am trying to explore options to do receiving on behalf of the requester when requester is not available to receive the item.

As of now, I see there are three options to do so

1. Run 'Update Requester & Preparer' program: If having a privilege 'Reassign Requisition privilege', one can update any requester with a different requester and that allows the new person to do the receiving. In this, all the requisitions and PO's raised by the requester will get reassigned to the new requester.
