We need to transmit AP payment files to UCM server using transmission configuration protocol as "Universal Content Management Upload". We need to send these files on UCM to custom folders with access management.

When tried to create folder on content server -> Contribution folders , its failing the transmission. Need to know whether custom folder creation is supported by this protocol, if yes, which content server folder/area can be used.
