Request for New Feature - Splitting Goods and Services in Oracle Intercompany Accounting Module

Summary:

I am writing to propose an enhancement to the Oracle Intercompany Accounting module that I believe would significantly benefit many of your users, including our client. The functionality in question pertains to the need for separating goods and services during the creation of intercompany batch transactions.

Currently, our process requires a clear distinction between goods and services for internal accounting, tax determination and reporting purposes. However, the existing module does not provide a straightforward method to split these categories within a single intercompany batch. The ability to do so would streamline our tax determination , accounting processes, improve accuracy in reporting, and ensure compliance with various accounting standards that necessitate this segregation.
