Change Manager action does not get captured in transaction console.

Summary:

Hi Team,

When change manager action was done by manager in redwood page, it did not get captured in the transaction console. What could be the reason?

Navigation: My team>change manager(redwood page)>chooses the employee and updates the manager>submits. This transaction does get captured in the transaction console.
