Every Chat toast or pop-up to be offered thrice to each Agent.

In a scenario when only one Agent is logged-in and available, the chat toast appears only once and if the Agent missed accepting this chat, the toast doesn't pop again. The chat goes into the wait queue.

This is happening only after our site upgrade happened.

Prior to upgrade for the scenario mentioned above, the chat toast was offered at-least three times to the Agent. And if the Agent declined or didn't accept the chat all three times then the chat went to the wait queue.

I am not sure if there is any configuration setting we need to make so that every chat toast is offered at-least 3 times to an Agent. Any pointers or suggestions would be helpful.
