Need a custom schedule job to copy item structures.

Hi

We need a custom scheduled Job which can copy all Structures (BOMs) defined for an item at Master to all Child Orgs. 

Manually copying them one by one is incredibly tedious work, and the system will only allow you to copy one BOM at a time per Org, then you have to wait until the job runs to actually copy it (system gives no indication when that is done), then you have to re-open the item at the Org and copy the second BOM, for every Org.

Is it possible? if yes than how.
