Creating a Unified Report for Job Application Details and Pre-screening Responses

I hope you're all doing well. I'm currently facing a challenge and would greatly appreciate your expert insights. I am in the process of building a report aimed at extracting comprehensive job application details, including responses to pre-screening questions. However, I'm encountering difficulties in presenting the data in a user-friendly manner.


The issue arises when I attempt to include responses to each pre-screening question. If an application includes responses to 10 pre-screening questions, the report generates 10 separate lines of data for that single application, leading to a fragmented view. This format complicates analysis and undermines the report's utility for HR and recruitment teams.
