As an T&L admin how i see all the Time change requests

As an T&L Admin how do i see all the time change requests from MyClient groups.

Some users have submitted time change requests, approved by line managers but the time change requests didn't get effected to time cards.As an admin how do i verify all the time change requests came into the system.

I have verified in Transaction console transaction exists, verified worklist notifications. As an admin from time management i am able to pull time cards but i wanted to check all the time change requests submitted by users.
