Unable to modify the hire date of an employee

Summary:

Hi Experts,

I have an issue with hire date modification of an employee.

Actually the employee hired date is "23-Mar-2020". But in the system the hire date mentioned as wrongly i.e "13-Sep-2021".

And the manager for this person at the time of hire is Inactive right now.

And I am using below dat file and getting an error.

SET PURGE_FUTURE_CHANGES N

METADATA|WorkRelationship|SourceSystemOwner|SourceSystemId|PersonId(SourceSystemId)|LegalEmployerName|NewStartDate

You can't select this work relationship start date because assignments with invalid managers exist on the date. Correct the manager relationships to continue.
