Explain ERP Timeout

Here is what has been documented by Oracle as it related to different timeout settings.

First it is not clear to me what the difference is between “Session Inactivity Timeout” and “Idle Session Timeout”.  

The issue I am having is that I am experiencing behavior that is different than the above settings.

Example: Login and sit at the home page (main ERP), you get logged out after 75 minutes.  If you open the customer update screen in edit mode and sit, you get a logged out after approximately 45 minutes.  Neither of these times are consistent with the provided documentation.
