New EDI 4010 (Beta) functionality released in OBN 23D

Summary:

We are working with a client who is using EDI X12 to communicate PO/AP electronic documents with vendors. OBN just released EDI 4010 transmission functionality in 23D. The only documentation that is available is what is in the release notes. The release notes say:Technical documentation for these new documents will be added to the Help: Resources section on the OBN site.

When I navigate to OBN -> Help -> General this is what I see:

We are looking to test this new functionality to determine what is needed to transition these vendors from the current transmission to use this OBN functionality.
