Miscellaneous issue template Cost details clarification

Summary: While performing the Miscellaneous issue via FBDI template, user tried to update the Use Current cost as N and passed the cost values in cost "Item unit cost" tab, then FBDI template uploaded successfully. Where as Use current cost as "Y", do we need to pass the "Item unit cost" still? Please confirm. Whether we need to pass 0 or can leave it as blank. User tried to chose use current cost as "Y" then leave it as blank, then it errored out and Misc. Issue not performed in the system.

What should we do in the FBDI, should consider the system default item cost for Misc.Issue? Please advise.
