Process Receipts Through Lockbox error: Transmission Header/Trailer Amount disagrees

Summary: We are having issues with the Process Receipts errororing out when there is 1 receipt in the FBDI file. All files are created internally via automated process and no format changes have been made to file. The file works successfully when there are multiple receipts, but when there is only 1 receipt - the file randomly errors out. See error message below and log file. Sometimes the process will error out and then go to a 'retry' status. The retry process may work, or may not work. Same issue in Test Environment - file randomly errors out.

What is causing this? Was there an update in 23D involving Receipts?
