Learning: Easy way for employees to view all trainings at once

Hi, We've been asked by employees how to view all trainings in the catalog at once through ESS. The only way we can see to do that is to search for a space " ", and we're wondering if there is an easier way?  We have Browse catalog enabled but that highlights the featured courses and breaks up the courses in categories, and employees have to open each category.
