Custom Skill Level Rating vs. Auto Configured Skills Cores
1 . How does a custom rating model work with the autoconfigured skill scores under Skills Setting? Is it recommended to use one or the other?
2. If you use both, how does the behavior work for how the system identifies if the employee has attained the skill? Does the skill level play a part in how the skill is scored or is it just used as a data point?
Job Profile Skills Section
- On the Job Profile, you have the option to set the importance level of the skill, what part does this play in the skill?
