Supplier Onboarding Questionnaire

Hello, I am trying to figure out why when a supplier is registered sometimes some suppliers will get a questionnaire called "Supplier Onboarding" We do not have a questionnaire named this. Sometimes after a supplier has access to Supplier Portal they will get this questionnaire in supplier portal under items requiring attention. What I have noticed is that sometimes it is a section of the qualification area. This only happens with suppliers who have registered online. Is there a configuration for this and it is almost as if it is sending out a section of our standard questionnaire again. I
