How to transfer Asset balances from excel to oracle cloud

There is a requirement of Transferring Asset balances which are been recorded and manually maintained in an excel and there is a manual calculation of depreciation in the books to Oracle corporate books.

Please suggest is there are any possibility to achieve this requirement.
