Unexpected behavior in Quality custom role

Dear Experts,

We are facing below issue while creation of Quality view only custom role.

1. Created a custom role 'View Inspection Results' with privileges Review Quality Issue and View Inspection Results and assigned it to User.

2. We have defined action rule ' Quality Issue Creation' for failed characteristics in Inspection Plan set up.

3. Inspection details and Items are attached in Quality issue in the 'affected objects' section.

4. Approver has only Quality Issue Review Privilege & View Insp Result privilege for this org.

5. It is behaving fine for approver while reviewing the Inspection details. It is not allowing to edit/update.

6. But under Quality Issue-> Affected objects, approver is allowed to edit and able to make changes to the inspection results.
