Not able to see questionnaire section during supplier internal registration

Summary:

Hi

We require to have a questionnaires during supplier onboarding/registration. For external registration page we have that section available once we configure the supplier qualification work-area, however questionnaire section is not available for internal registration from Register Supplier section. Can you suggest on this please
