How to check workers line manager is CEO or Not in approvals

Summary:

We have a requirement which the process should follow the below steps: 


1. HR initiates promotion transaction.

HR Initiates ->Line Manager(Level 1 )>Manager's Manager(Level 2)>HR Manager (Level 3). If workers line manager is CEO in which case approval needs to routed to CHRO then CEO .is there any way to check workers line manager is CEO or Not .


Please can you advise, how to configure approval rules so that it checks worker line manager is CEO or Not ?
