Prevent substitution while dropping the LPN to a destination location

Summary:

While executing movement request task in WMS RF the user scan the LPN no and replenishment location. After this step if user wants to substitute the LPN with another LPN system is allowing it to do so . User wants to have an error message which will prevent system to do substitution second time while scanning the LPN. This will prevent users to scan a wrong LPN while scanning the LPN for the second time.
