Redwood - See all Email Interactions in a Report

As an admin or sales manager, I want the ability to see all activities logged for customers. Prior to Redwood, an Activity Report could be leverage to see all activities created, by type, date and creator. With the transition to Redwood, emails are now stored as interactions, rather than activities. What is the best way to build a report that includes all customer activities/interactions, by sales rep and customer?
