Employee shouldn't be able to withdraw the unapproved leaves of absence date is passed. However system is allowing employees to Withdraw the leaves which is past dated. For example, if employee applied for leave on 1st March and it is not approved by the manager. Employee comes backs to the system on 5th March and he/she decides to withdraw the leave, system is allowing them to withdraw. How we can restrict this ?

Even if system allows employees to withdraw the unapproved leaves, then it should go for an approval to Line manager, but it is getting auto approved by the system even when approval for withdrawal are in place - (absencesApprovalsRequest.notificationName == "DELETE").
