Is it possible as a sefety net, to schedule the action "terminate" in the bulk plan?

Summary:

We use the recurring process to automaticly bulk plan the releases in the night shift time, with the purpose of they being ready to execute in the morning.

We run 2 bulk plans and between them some data queries to 'clean/adapt' the releases, about the bulk plans one is for the TL mode and other for the LTL mode, but sometimes the TL takes too much time to finish (or doesn´t finish at all) and because of that the LTL doesn´t stat with the correct releases..

Our need would be to give a deadline to OTM finish the bulk plan, or terminate it in case it didn´t finish in time. Is it possible to configure it?
