Does anyone know if there is a restapi or web service that is related national identifier or address oracle HCM validation?

We are trying to import pending worker data into OIC. We want to check is there anyway we can do the data validation from OCI against the default Oracle HCM validation rules of national identifier or address by means of a restapi or webservice.
